Unfortunately no. CMS2CMS automated migration service doesn’t migrate it automatically.
In order to take the existing analytics code from your current site (located on server-A), and transfer it to your new site (on server-B) simply use the same GA tracking code and implement it on the new version of the website located on your new server.
Note: Even if the domain is different, you can use the same tracking code.
