What should I do in case the server responds with 500 Server Error?

To resolve the issue you should firstly ensure that there are correct permissions for bridge folder:

  • for \'cms2cms\' folder the correct file permissions is 755,
  • for \'index.php\', \'bridge.php\' and \'key.php\' files in \'cms2cms\' folder the permissions should be 644.

Otherwise, for further error detection you may contact your system administrator and ask him to provide you with server logs access. Besides, technical assistance from your hosting provider may also be requested.
