When migrating the website from Blogger CMS, it should be taken into consideration that Google+ comments won’t be transferred. In other words, due to the fact that Blogger API reference returns comments posted only via native Blogger commentary system, comments left via Google+ account cannot be migrated from Blogger to other CMSs.
