The plugin keeps logging me out just after I log in. What shall I do?
If you log in to one of our CMS2CMS plugins/extension and were logged out right away, please take the following actions:
1. Clear cache and cookies.
Mind that depending on what web browser you are using, the process of cache clearance is different. Here you can find how to do it for your particular browser.
2. Make sure that there are no active extensions on your computer/web browser which might block the cookies. If there are some, please, turn the extension off for the period of migration running or just make sure that cookies files are allowed for cms2cms website.
3. Set up the migration in the New Incognito window or try using another web browser.
In case, even after those measures taken you can’t proceed with your migration – contact our Support Team and they will help you to solve the issue.
