I have ordered Support Service Package. When will my request be completed?

The guaranteed response period after confirming the accuracy of access information is 24 hours. The time needed to complete Support Service request equals 3 business days and depends on the level of customization and the volume of tasks to be performed for the specific request.

NOTE. If a Support Service Package is ordered during the weekend or holiday time, our techs will start to work on it on the first working day after the day off.
