403 Forbidden error indicates that access to some files or folders is limited. Try the following solutions to resolve the issue:

  1. Your firewall may be causing this by blocking access to the server for our IP addresses. To enable data exchange between your websites, ask your hosting provider to add the following IPs to the whitelist or do it on your own:
  • 196.16.199.139:48990
  • 172.241.133.88:48990
  • 172.241.134.193:48990
  • 168.81.218.69:48990
  • 139.99.164.137:48990
  • 144.168.172.96:48990
  • 45.67.63.171:48990
  • 196.17.104.170:48990
  • 168.81.42.68:48990
  • 160.116.3.64:48990
  • 94.242.244.34:48990
  • 196.19.215.106:48990

This is done to enable data exchange between your websites. After the migration is complete, you’ll be able to remove our IPs from the whitelist.
